Twitter to Facebook Not Working?

So I just realized that my Tweets weren’t posting to Facebook thanks to my sister pointing out the fact that she missed my filling up her Facebook page with useless information (that’s her opinion, of course!)
There is a quick and easy fix to that problem and it goes like this:
- Login to Facebook
- Go to http://apps.facebook.com/twitter/
- If it looks like you’re already connected to Twitter, click the link that says “want to disconnect…?”
- When disconnected, sign out of twitter from the Facebook app
- Head back to twitter and send a test tweet (which won’t appear on Facebook)
- Go back to http://apps.facebook.com/twitter/
- Sign back into Twitter from the Facebook app
- Ensure the relevant check boxes are ticked
- Go back to Twitter and send another test tweet, and…
- Check your Facebook wall – it should have worked!
Ten quick and easy steps and now you can flood all of your friends’ and relatives’ Facebook pages with you useless information. I LOVE MY SISTER!

i’ve tried this with a few different browsers and cleared caches, but the http://apps.facebook.com/twitter/ link brings me to a blank page! has this happened to anyone else?
Make sure you are already logged in to Facebook before you click that link.
i tried, and with the same result, but i just found a solution for anyone else experiencing this! it’s a computer issue: sign onto facebook using a different machine (or on your mobile, using the full version of facebook), remove Twitter, and re-add it.
I keep getting a blank screen when I go to the facebook twitter app page. Have tried different machines and different browsers. There is source code but nothing appears. Am on a Macintosh and maybe that’s the source of the problem in this PC-centric world?

Did you by chance enable HTTPS mode on Facebook? Wondering if there is a connection.
Didn’t enable the https option either although I know @jasonpowell tried that and it did break connectivity for him.
This didn’t work for me….I’ve removed and added the twitter app several times. It all seemed to stop on Monday, feb 7…..AHHHHH
Aaron – Sorry it didn’t work. Did you happen to enable HTTPS mode on Facebook? If so, that will also prevent the linking of Twitter to Facebook from working.
According to my settings, no, it has not been enabled. I’ve revoked access in twitter, removed app in facebook, reintalled everything, and nothing. @support says to do the same thing, but nothing, and of course they are overal supportative. any other thoughts?
Works like a dream. Pain to have to update from FB. Besides we don’t want them to have the monopoly. Its much better as an aggregator.

Thanks so much for the tip! My synch stopped working on Monday Feb 7, like another poster up above. I was going NUTS trying to figure out why this was going on. All fixed now…thanks again!

Should I revoke access, and then log out of everything and wait a day before trying to sync them back?
I still cannot update to facebook from Twitter, I have tried this and every other solution I’ve found on the web. Very frustrated. Thanks for the attempt.
I had the same problem and tried everything. It didn’t help to go to the Twitter app in FAcebook because the page always showed up blank, regardless of what browser or computer I was using. Then suddenly it was fixed. I believe the Twitter folks are aware of the problem. I know I had nothing to do with the remedy, and had completely given up. So it’s working now.

When I go to the Twitter app in Facebook, http://apps.facebook.com/twitter/ my page remains blank. I have no options to do anything even though I can install the app. I cannot update anything from Twitter to Facebook. Anyone had this problem before? Know how to fix it?
I have the same problem! Want to turn off my twitter to facebook, but the page keeps coming up blank. So annoying! Any thoughts?

yet i already have the app installed and all things are checked properly, dare not removed the app cos twitter say if you remove it then there is currently a problem with readding it
