Welcome aboard! On behalf of the Fellowship Tech Customer Effectiveness team (consisting of Support, Reporting, Tech Ops, & Customer Experience) I want to pass along how excited we are to have the opportunity to serve Grace Family Church. I love your quote "We don't have to, we get to" - I believe that embodies the sentiment here at Fellowship Tech (and I'm sure at the other ChMS companies as well). I know our Delivery / Implementation team will take excellent care of you through the training and go-live process and as they pass you to the Customer Effectiveness team I assure you that you'll be in good hands. However, if you ever need anything don't hesitate to let us know.

If you have not done so already you may wish to begin following these addresses on Twitter: @F1ACE, @F1DEV, @ExperienceF1, @DynamicChurch

The Lord did bless you. You are a lucky, lucky man!!!! You married a FABULOUS woman!!!! You truly deserve the blessing that have come your way because you give a lot back and don't take anything for granted. Your blessings have not been without trials mixed in there. Would we cherish those blessings as we do without experiencing the trials and the tests. . . ? I honestly believe that a relationship can not survive without God being the center. So happy to be a part of your lives and celebrate this amazing day right along with you. Happy Anniversary!!!!!

My take is that tithing is OT law which only applied to food producers living inside Israel.

There are no commands after Calvry for the Church to tithe.

NT giving is sacrificial.

Hey Jill,

Thanks for your comment and I understand and agree with what you are saying. What I was really trying to say is that I will support my President, but not necessarily agree with all of his decisions. I will stand for Truth and will not compromise my belief in Christ for the sake of a man, men, or a country. God will always be first and foremost!

Scott--I also did not vote for President Obama but will support him as president. However, I disagree with you on one point. I will NOT back him in every decision because some of those decisions will be wrong.

For example, Mr. Obama has stated that he will, shortly after becoming president, sign the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) into law. Despite the fact that 50 MILLION babies have been aborted in this country in the past 36 years, he is going to pass legislation that will make it even easier to get an abortion.

The Freedom of Choice Act will change history as Roe v. Wade did not. FOCA will take away the rights of those opposed to performing abortions due to personally held moral principals. Even religiously affiliated and other pro-life hospitals will have to make them available. FOCA will limit a parent's involvement in her minor daughter's abortion decision. FOCA will allow abortions by non-physicians as well as limit physician licensure and required clinic safety. FOCA will take away the states' rights to regulate abortion procedures in their own state, allowing "partial birth" and other late term abortions. FOCA will make abortion an entitlement which the government must promote and fund. FOCA will require taxpayer-funding for abortions.

Tomorrow, January 22, is the 36th anniversary of the Roe v Wade decision. I hope you will join me in praying for those 50 million babies who have lost their lives (can you imagine--25 times the number of people on the National Mall yesterday). I will also be praying for their mothers and the mothers that today are considering aborting their babies. I also pray that this country will rise up and let our new president know that we do NOT support FOCA--we may not ever revoke Roe v Wade but there should be limits, safety measures and rights to oppose abortion. And certainly, our tax dollars should not pay for them.

Good stuff! I'm a geek so this appealed to me on multiple levels. :)

I thought about this in terms of marriage too. My wife and I can get disconnected and our relationship seems so broken. It usually takes a little while to figure out, but most of the time it is an easy fix (I should probably mention that most of the time it is my fault too!).

Thanks for sharing.
